This project marked the initial phase of a full-house renovation, involving extensive structural and mechanical work to meet the client’s design brief.
The redesign included the installation of two modern coffered ceilings with integrated LED lighting, combining a sleek, contemporary aesthetic with the practical incorporation of essential steel beams. The space was further enhanced with oak flooring laid in varied patterns to subtly define each area.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen features three distinct sections. A tall bank of units forms the backdrop, paired with a low-level run, both finished in satin black bordered slab fascias. The spacious central island, complete with built-in seating and a venting hob, is finished in subtly contrasting aged metal slab fascia, making it a stunning focal point.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area showcases floating bespoke cabinetry and a wine cooler, creating an elegant and functional space for entertaining. In the day lounge, a custom-built niche houses the TV, seamlessly integrating technology into the design for a cohesive and polished finish.
